Beyond the three major retail venues, Caesars operates roughly 50 self-serve betting kiosks at participating bars, restaurants, and convenience stores throughout DC under the Class B retail license. These smaller terminals accept cash for wagers and pay cash winnings up to $599 on the spot. Larger payouts require visiting the Capital One Arena cage.
